Corporate Binders


Corporate binders are used by businesses for many different needs. They may be used as portfolios to show customers completed projects, to house presentations, or they may be used to keep minutes of meetings in a safe place. Many different types of binders are used as corporate binders. They may be plain or have the name of the corporation imprinted on the front of them. The main function of the binders is to organize important information so that it can be accessed quickly and so that it looks professional.

Minute binders are types of corporate binders that are often needed to keep records. There are simple styles that are made of plastic covers that have ringed interiors for holding 3-hole pages. Most of them have a pocket on the front and back for holding extra papers. Genuine leather ringed corporate binders cost much more than economical styles, but they are made to last a lifetime. They may have gold embossed rounded library spines and are made to be extra durable. Many of these styles cost $150 or more.

Other kinds of corporate binders are very inexpensive, especially when you buy them wholesale from online businesses that sell office supplies. It is possible to buy plastic ringed binders for just over $1 apiece. They are made in 1/2 inch, 1 inch, and 3 inch sizes. These 3-hole corporate binders can hold sleeves for photos, copies of power point presentations, or price lists that can be shown to customers.

Ringed binders are available that have the company or event logo on the front cover for customized designs that is very professional. These are very good for workshops or events that require corporate binders for attendees to follow along with the presentation or for taking notes. These binders are made in translucent clear, smoke, or blue colors in a 1 inch size.

Executive or legal size corporate binders are also made to hold official papers and records. They are usually leather with gold details, including the executive’s or lawyer’s name. Tabs are usually used between sections to divide them and to organize the information in the binder. They are usually heavy duty and designed to hold many documents. They often have a folder or pocket inside the front and back cover where additional documents can be stored.

It is possible to find a good choice of corporate binders online at wholesale websites or those that sell office supplies. When companies buy in bulk, they can save a substantial amount on the cost of the binders. Some companies have minimum orders of 150 or 200 binders, especially if they are imprinted with a logo or company name. Other companies sell smaller amounts of binders in bulk.
